Welcome to the RawPaleoDietWebsite Links Page
The All Raw Times website covers almost all aspects of raw diets, including raw foods diets which include animal products. While not a primary source, but rather more of a reporting medium, you will almost always find at least a few articles on RAF/RVAF diets at this site. The negative hydrogen ion (also known as the H-minus ion) is mainly found in nature as a powerful antioxidant nutrient in raw, unprocessed foods and in unprocessed water from certain wild sources. The Negative Hydrogen Ion website, at http://www.h-minus-ion.org - is an educational site on this ion, containing even more information on this ion and its sources than found on the pages of this website. While not a primary source, but rather a quarterly magazine devoted to raw foods diets, Natural Health Many-To-Many (M2M) magazine explicitly includes coverage and articles of raw foods diets which include animal products. Ward Nicholson's Beyond Vegetarianism
(aka "BeyondVeg") website, largely founded by raw foodists and ex-raw foodists,
aims to look at diets which are more inclusive than raw vegan diets. While
many of the possibilities examined are RVAF dietary approaches, there is
also some advocacy of cooked Paleolithic diets at this site. In the site
author's own words:
Already listed in links above on Paleo diets, The Paleolithic Diet website covers all types and versions of Paleolithic diets, including both cooked and raw, and anything in-between. This is a very comprehensive website, with literally hundreds of good links to sites and pages on these topics, including wild foraging, Paleo recipes and more. In the site author's own words: "www.PaleoDiet.com - The Paleolithic Diet Page; What the Hunter/Gatherers Ate" The "Free World Order" maintains a Raw Foods Directory website which contains links to many raw foods pages and sources, including a number on RAF/RVAF diets. However, (just like you!) I too am wondering what the "Free World Order" is, but their "information" page is an empty page, and thus I have little idea of their agenda! The Living and Raw Foods website is a large educational website devoted to primarily to vegetarian raw foods diets. However, this site also has a Personal Ads section, and in there one (hopefully single!) can find ads from folks who run the gamut from raw vegan to fully-RVAF. On a bit of a strange note, although this site requires that folks who post or use personal ads must certify that they eat at least 85% raw, every woman who has contacted me thru this service in response to a personal ad has eaten a largely cooked diet! The site is known both as RawFoods.com and Living-Foods.com. Click here to visit living-foods.com The Live Feast website , operated by David Favor, promotes a diet which is largely raw vegan. However, he offers some interesting views on minerals, trace minerals and on nutrition in general, and I feel that this site is well worth a visit! David also offers, via the site, some interesting nutritional supplements for raw foodists. The Lite 'n Life Diet website offers insights into the raw vegan diet promulgated by the 53 year-old "Nut Man", and includes offers to purchase his works and an audio CD entitled "Why to go raw, How to go raw, and What to eat: raw food recipes to substitute any junk food craving you may have." Nut Man is an artist and free-style mountain climber, and is claimed to look 20 years younger than his age. There is now an Australian site devoted to RVAF diets and to helping folks in Australia locate raw foods sources. The website is named Live-Foods Australia -- click here to visit it! Shirley's Wellness Cafe is an educational website devoted solely to raw foods diets of all kinds, although primarily vegan raw foods diets. Durian! Lastly, if you eat a raw diet of any kind, you simply must know about durian, the fruit of the gods, absolutely the most incredible food on earth. Follow this link to learn more about this native Asian fruit, which is also called "stinky fruit". If your raw organic grass-fed dairy needs are for aged ripened (cave-ripened) raw (organic and grass-fed) cheeses with rinds, you may order such cheeses online and via phone/mail from a distributor for a Lancaster County, PA Amish artisan cheese dairy, by clicking here for the Artisan Aged Cheese website at http://www.artisanagedcheese.com/ Sungazing, aka sun gazing, solar gazing or sun staring -- Yes, staring at the sun, also known as sun gazing or solar yoga; this has been practiced throughout the ages within a number of cultures and traditions. I (the author of this site) have been sungazing since 1987. For more information on sungazing, including some well-known folks in the field and also the different traditions, please see the page on this website entitled Sungazing -- Observations and Notes A microbial inoculant named Effective Microorganisms, or EM, EM-1, EM1 or EM·1 (that's a dot, folks!) was mentioned several times in the pages on this site. This culture which was first evolved in Japan, is a very special and unique microbial inoculant culture which has become known worldwide and has found uses in a number of different fields and areas of human endeavors. It is likely safe to say that the single largest area of EM utility is in farming (agriculture), and even moreso within the realms of organic farming, sustainable farming, eradication of soil-borne and water-borne toxins, grass-fed farming and so-called beyond-organic, uber-organic, super-organic or biological farming. EM consists of about 15 individual species of microorganisms, including bacteria, photosynthetic (aka phototropic) organisms and yeast, all in a synergistic and cooperative "community". To learn more about these EM organisms and their many uses, including preparation of antioxidant-rich and hydride-ion antioxidant rich probiotic beverages, please click here to see my EM Info website.

Consulting, R&D and Prototype Development in Subtle Energy or Quantum Effects Realm -- The Coherent Space Quantum Coherence Website -- I happen to have a strong background in the sciences and in engineering and physics, and I have for many years performed research and development (R&D) work in several realms often subsumed under the term "subtle energies" or "subtle quantum effects", and particularly in the realm of technologies which appear to protect people and animals (and sensitive electronic equipment) against some of the harmful effects of EMF radiation produced by the modern power grid and also emitted by manmade electrical and electronic devices. Lester Levenson
By the way, as of July 2003, Lester Levenson's autobiography has finally been published in a more formal book form, and is now available at Amazon.com. You may already know that his autobiography is titled "No Attachments, No Aversions", and has been available for years, due to Larry Crane's efforts, in a pre-publication photocopied spiral-bound softcover form. However, that form appeared a bit "casual" or slip-shod to a few folks, but it was really a gem, because the main body of the book also contained some handwritten editing notes, penned by Lester after the book had first been printed. Lester's handwritten notes were a lot of fun to read, and sometimes cast further light on whatever topic was at hand. If you do have access to a copy of that pre-publication "casual" version, please be advised that the comments in the main part of the book which appear in handwriting are Lester's comments, but that some other editing comments appear in block printing in different handwriting, particularly at the end of the book. Those latter notes were not written by Lester, but rather by a later editor at the Sedona Center years ago, and I learned to ignore them when I encountered them...One more thing... Lester, when he wrote the book, wanted to tell the story but very much wanted to remain private and anonymous, and so he used the pseudonym of "Siegel" within the book and also as the author' name. So, the name Lester Levenson never appeared in the first copies of the manuscript and on early photocopied versions of the book, but rather only the surname "Siegel". Larry eventually went thru the book after Lester's death and attempted to change all occurrences of "Siegel" to "Lester" or "Levenson", as appropriate. However, he missed a few occurrences, and hence my early pre-publication photocopied version of the book has a few sprinklings of the surname Siegel throughout the book, which can be very puzzling to a newcomer.Lester was also very private and reclusive in other ways, always wanting to remain anonymous and to allow only the message of love and acceptance to be broadcast, minus and personal appellations. In addition to the use of "Siegel" as a surname, he also tried very much to avoid being photographed, and, as a result, the folks who studied with him in Sedona at the Center thru the early 1990's have only a very few photos of Lester from that entire 30-odd year span of Lester's life when he was teaching. Along the lines of the above, I received an e-mail last week from my friend Don, who had worked with Larry for years and had helped Larry to compile the pre-publication photocopied version of the book, and in his letter he touched upon the same topic or Lester's reluctance to be "known" as a teacher or guru-type. Here is an excerpt from Don's e-mail to me: ".....You know, an interesting thing happened when I was helping Larry with the cover of that book. Lester *did* say hello. I was putting Lester's picture on the front cover and my computer kept crashing. It just wasn't coming together. Then within about an hour or so, I got a call from Larry saying that Lester came to him and he didn't want his name on the book! You may or may not be aware that Lester referred to himself as Siegel, not Levenson, throughout the book. Larry went through and tried to correct all those references, but missed a couple. What a cute and beautiful thing! For the discerning reader, there were still clues that Lester wanted it to be about the method, not him." You may find the book at Amazon

Spiritual Healing with Vinny
The Divine-Heart website, at http://www.divine-heart.org shares information about the heart-centered spiritual healing work of Vinny Pinto. This work involves no contact (called "non-contact" or nonlocal) and is often done remotely. It may seem odd that Vinny, who has trained as a scientist and researcher (and also as an electronics engineer) would also offer spiritual healing, but he also has a very strong training background in acupuncture and energy healing. However, he now offers only non-contact spiritual healing, and feels that it is this work (far more than his research work or raw foods educational work) which most "makes his heart sing".
Finally, when the abscess had persisted for five days non-stop, I intuitively picked from the web (from the many tens of thousands of energy healers available) the best energy healer for the "problem", and ended up calling Ron Wilding in Australia. While he calls his healing a type of "spiritual healing", it is apparent that there is a strong energy component to it as well (in contrast, for example to my healing method or the Joel Goldsmith method), and I somehow felt and "knew" that this was what was needed at the moment.... Well, I called Ron the same evening
that I had been guided to pick him; he charged me $40 (USD) for an absent
healing, and the effect was strongly apparent within a few hours; the sizeable
abscess was totally gone within 32 hours. The degree of relief and healing
was even greater than that of some dental healing work done for me in the
past by two other energy healer friends of mine. I strongly recommend Ron
Wilding. Ron's website may be found at http://absenthealing.com/index.html
and his number is 1-800-645-2870.

Next, sites which provide numerous links in the areas of alternative health and diet, including raw foods: Health Shaman.com -- this site provides primarily links to other pages, organized by categories such as bodywork, chiropractors, diet, vegetarian diets, air purifiers, and not-milk sites. This site has no content of it's own, and is rather an organized index of links to other sites. They do kindly list the Raw Paleo Diet site as well as other raw foods sites, and also list the HeartRelease site, along with the Master Harpo site. Some short stories by the author; some are fictional and some non-fiction, located in a subdirectory on this site. Important -- Please Read! This educational, public-service website has been totally self-supported by the author, Vinny Pinto, since it's inception in October 2000. My expenditures for this site have grown to over $500, not counting the majority of my research or authorship efforts. I have considered banner ads, paid text ads, and other commercial means to help support this site, but, frankly, all offend me and would not be in keeping with the spirit of the community I intend to support. Therefore, I am now actively asking donations to help me to support this site -- even two dollars helps! If you wish to donate, you may do so by using your credit card, ATM card, debit card, or transfer from your bank account, via fully secure means, using either Amazon Honor System or Paypal. To make a donation, please go to the Donations and Support page ! All transactions are secure; in all cases, you get to choose the donation amount! Thank you very much!
